The Pfizer vaccine vials contain graphene oxide and even worse:
PARASITES (name: Trypanosoma cruzi).
This parasite is fatal to humans and causes acquired immune deficiency syndrome commonly known as AIDS.

It means the vaccines are causing illness and death that are designed not to be traced back to the vaccine.

For example, as a consequence of this parasite in the vaccine injection, the vaccinated victims will have weakened immune systems and since each person is different it is likely they will succumb to different diseases. This confuses and obfuscates the true source of their illness and sickness which is of course the parasite in the vaccine.

The so called AIDS epidemic was an engineered bioweapon event caused by a deliberately introduced parasite which the doctors falsely and knowingly blamed on an imaginary virus.
Finally it means that Dr. Fauci and Albert Bourla CEO of PFizer are mass murdering criminals.
Dr. Fauci is a mass murderer because he was the doctor in charge of the US federal governments response to the made-up AIDS epidemic and he certainly should have known that AIDS was not caused by a virus but rather a parasite.
Albert Bourla is a mass murderer because Pfizer produces the parasite-laden vaccine vials.
