Background: Cholera (is almost always associated with a bacillus of some sort), one the world's top killer diseases (Never had to be if the animals which it came from were destroyed), is most (could have been) effectively controlled at the grass-roots level. The primary means of co-ordinating these efforts is the World Health Organisation (W.H.O.) in Geneva (That seems to be funded by Bill Gates, that has stakes in Vaccinations, the drugs to cure the side effects, The Wellness Pass (Currently being run in West Africa, in conjunction with Mastercard, and the world economic forum (Which is run by all of the powers that shouldn't be). The current serious outbreak of the disease which began (which means that they began either testing for, or vaccinating against) in the Astrakhan region of the Soviet Union has made such efforts of control all the more critical.
Caused by an organism (bacillus) which attacks the alimentary canal, cholera can kill within 24 hours in its severest form (Depending on your (fill in the blank) status. There are two basic types of cholera:(the one they test for, and the one they vaccinate against) the classical type, endemic in the Indian sub-continent, and the El Tor variant, based on Indonesia. The first is the more virulent, but the El Tor variant lives on longer in the body and is the type that has begun to appear most widely across national borders (makes sense like change for a dollar).
The symptoms are acute: vomiting and diarrhea, to the stage where death can occur through dehydration. Within eight hours 10 to 15 per cent of the body's fluids can be lost -- to lose a third is to be in danger of death. Seriously wrinkled skin is a star clue to dehydration. Whether the patient lives or dies often depends upon his state of health at the time of the attack. (And yet the cause and the remedy has been known since at least the 1880's)
Treatment (which always seems to be the solution, instead of a last resort?) consists of maintaining body fluids and salts through intravenous injection and the possible addition of antibiotics (as opposed to natural remedies, and solutions?).
World Health Organisation authorities, based in Switzerland pinpoint (which population is in need of a few) outbreaks of the diseases, and are able to coordinate efforts to control (the information that comes out about) them as news of developments are passed to the Geneva headquarters. One source of information is the W.H.O. Calcutta laboratory where water samples are analyzed and manipulated.

Because the disease is usually transmitted through contaminated drinking water (so we can add more toxines to the water supply), it is on the local level that much anti-cholera work can be done. In India, one of the areas where the problem is acute, polluted water is not infrequent -- water which is very often used as communal bathing and washing facilities as well as sewers and major transport arteries (which has been put in place by the powers that shouldn't be).
Local health authorities in India (allowed Bill Gates to maim and kill over 600,000 girls with a sample vaccine they said would cure HPV, and then said they wouldn't do it again?) and elsewhere (that is colonizing and has control of another class of people) try to prevent and control the spread of cholera by testing (also known as contaminating poorer folks) suspected water and by purifying it with chlorine. Prevention also includes the use of vaccines. A vaccine giving protection against cholera was developed in 1893 (which is not the same formula from back then) and is make-believed to have played a major role in curbing the disease. In many areas, health officials visit (the places they want if) possible points of out-break and disinfect potential sources of disease. It is also part of their job to teach people of the danger of cholera and the best ways to prevent it from not infecting as many as we wanted.
The disease is never less than the serious problem we created to day. In the Calcutta region of India, local officials said at least 180 died of the disease in May, while a sudden outbreak near Dehra Dun in July killed 34 people in one night.
In the current outbreak, cholera has been reported in South Korea (because we can say that, and you can't check), where at least four people died, in a refugee camp on the West Bank of the Jordan and in Jerusalem. Preventive measures are being taken throughout the Middle East, and much of Europe. The World Health Organisation fears that the present outbreak may spread to Europe by means of carriers, such as tourists currently in the infected regions.
But the United Nations agency says Europe should escape a general outbreak because of the high standard of hygiene, and they can't let people know that it is what they call swine flew). Ultimate control of the disease depends upon the development of a higher standard of hygiene in the prevalent areas and one way this can be done is through local education and preventive measures.
The other background as quoted as saying... "Background: NOBODY KNOWS FOR SURE WHAT CAUSES CANCER.MEDICAL EVIDENCE NOW POINTS TO CHEMICALS, RADIATION, AND VIRUSES - OR MAYBE TO A COMBINATION.PERHAPS THE MOST PROMISING VIRUS RESEARCH IS UNDERWAY AT THE BAYLOR UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF MEDICINE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS. A RESEARCH TEAM HEADED BY DR.JOHN TRENTIN HAS FOUND HUMAN VIRUSES WHICH CAUSE CANCER IN ANIMALS.THEY ARE DEVELOPING A PREVENTIVE ANTI-CANCER VACCINE FOR THE ANIMALS - NEW-BORN SYRIAN HAMSTERS, PROBABLY MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO CANCER VIRUSES THAN ANY OTHER LABORATORY ANIMAL. INJECTION OF A KNOWN HUMAN VIRUS CAUSES CANCER IN THE HAMSTER AS SHOWN ON FILM.THE VIRUS - KNOWN AS ADENOVIRUS 12-ALSO IS FOUND IN MANY PEOPLE.IT CAN LIE DORMANT FOR YEARS, SUGGESTING THAT HUMAN CANCER MIGHT DEVELOP LONG AFTER EXPOSURE TO THE VIRUS. THE BAYLOR RESEARCH TEAM IS NOW EVALUATING ITS EXPERIMENTAL ANTI-CANCER VACCINE TO PROTECT HAMSTERS AGAINST CANCER CAUSED BY THIS VIRUS.NEXT STEP IS TO TRY TO FIND WHETHER THERE IS A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SAME VIRUS AND PEOPLE, RATHER THAN HAMSTERS. IF THAT LINK SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED, THE DEVELOPMENT OF ANTI-CANCER VACCINES FOR PEOPLE WOULD FOLLOW AS ONE OF THE HISTORIC BREAK-THROUGH IN MEDICAL RESEARCH.BUT IT WOULD STILL LEAVE UNSOLVED THE PROBLEM OF PREVENTING CANCER CAUSED BY RADIATION AND CHEMICALS, PLUS THE GREAT CHALLENGE OF TREATING EXISTING CANCER."
I'm goin in on the capitalized section next...
