I termed the phrase when looking to "identify" a nickname for this character (name has been left out due to the "Wise Men") who always has an "EXCUSE" for why they didn't do ANYTHING! (FUNNY/NOT FUNNY). Growing up we always had a nickname for cats who we always could identify a trait of an individual who other folks would recognize spot on. For example: 1. Mr. and Mrs. Larry and Lucy Lag - for obvious reasons (Salute to the folker "Jim Browski" for being the inspiration behind the term, and ONLY "The Enlightened Ones" could relate...lol) There's hella more, but I have to stay in motion like a stick shift.
