Early Conceptualization of Stress by. Ra Un Nefer Amen

Updated: Feb 2, 2020

I wanted to get a better overstanding of Stress so I happen to be at the right place at the right time to discover that the Shekum ur Shekum hisself had touched on the very subject.

I want to share my interpertation of his research into the subject gained through his 40 years of research, and successful counseling of clients all over the world.

I will go through each chapter as well as the subchapters therein to be able to follow in the order written by the Shekum and POPEfully give our people a better overstanding about what is one of the causes destroying our communities, and the methods is only "treatment", and "how to live with it" instead of its "elimination" and "prevention"...

It would seem intuitive to open a book on stress by defining it and explaining it, even though the majority of people believe that they know what it is. As we go through the bug we will learn that understanding stress is a complex task that has challenged top scientists for decades.

Even though we know when we are stressed, we still don't know what it is, and we are therefore at a loss on how to cope with it, manage it and to conceive the audacious idea of eliminating it from our life. We complain about being stressed when we cannot shake off anger, fear, worry, grief, frustration, vexation, anxiety, Etc. Part of the reason for our inability to rid ourselves of these emotions is due to the fact that the professionals - psychologists, Physicians and Priests - that we rely on for the knowledge for our psychological and spiritual well-being, cannot even agree amongst themselves on the definition and causes of "emotions."

Ra Un Nefer Amen.

From the beginning it's further lets me know that this is really not just about people's feelings on the subject, but more in detail as to its necessity is going to be proven.
