If I see something that is wrong, as a community/Village I have been taught that you address it immediately and you don't care about the feelings of the people involved due to your own obligation as an Elder, parent, and Village member.
I was not put here to be "liked", I was put here to show you how, and be RESPECTED by everyone who is willing to or not.
