Greetings and salutations to the Village fam and future fam alike. This is something I wanted to try for us to be able to learn more than just current events. I have become a #HIDstorian while researching the fact that the only thing that we got from the WHOLE snivel rights era was to be able to rent from white folks and to eat at lunch counters?! WE DIDN'T EVEN GET 'HUMAN RIGHTS!'
I have been spending ever since looking for who dropped the ball on our behalf, and the truth of the matter is that we have been duped on EVERY level with the help of so many of our own it was almost at a point of being unbearable before remembering it was shareable.
This documentary is from and about one of my favorite Elders/Queens of our #HIDstory that should be given her flowers in this lifetime and the next for what they put our Elder through, part of which is included in the interview...
