I'm locking in the direction of the Online Courses which I am going to attempt to offer for" Free99", but I am going to model this series of courses after the 16-week Pre-Apprentiship Training program that I graduated from called Cypress Mandela Training Center and a following from graduation on that Thursday afternoon, came a partnership Solar Training program that also was "Free99", but you had to earn your accomplishments, Certifications, and most importantly.... The Graduation Ceremony. To Graduate from that program required more than just "Showing Up!" Oh it was bussin down in a morning light exercise that upon graduation is up to 1000 jumping jacks as just 1 of the endurance and strength conditioning to actually become "employable" and not just "get the job", but assurance that once you are employed, that you have the soft/hard/ and Life Skills necessary to be able to support your own self first, and then the motivation to build with others on the same path.
